ABOUT ME
I am a Product Design Lead with extensive experience in both executing and overseeing the development of high-quality, market-ready designs from concept through to production. My portfolio ranges from products and illustration to immersive designs, all created with an emphasis on creativity, functionality. I approach each project with a balance of imagination and technical precision, ensuring every outcome is both visually compelling and commercially viable.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability by working across a broad range of styles, materials, and manufacturing processes. This versatility enables me to respond effectively to diverse project requirements, while meeting budgetary, technical, and timeline constraints. I have also delivered extensive work for OEM and licensing partners, including LFC, English Heritage, London Zoo (ZSL), the London Science Museum, and London Transport, among many others. Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of collaborative workflows, approval systems, and brand governance required when working with licensees. I am highly familiar with how contractual requirements and brand guidelines directly influence design development and final product outcomes, ensuring compliance while maintaining creative integrity.
In addition to my design expertise, I have led and managed creative teams, overseeing project lifecycles from initial briefing to final delivery. My experience includes project management, line management, and guiding teams to achieve high standards under tight deadlines.

Led the product design department at Bigjigs Toys.

Directed product development to produce large own brand ranges each year, as well as an extensive portfolio of OEM products.

Worked closely with external clients. External client list includes London Transport, John Lewis, Liverpool Football Club, Pottery Barn Kids, English Heritage and many more.

Oversee the complete product lifecycle for all annual launches, from concept through to production, collaborating closely with company founders, directors, and the product team.

Coordinate cross-departmental workflows, ensuring photography, marketing, and packaging teams operate seamlessly to deliver products to market on time and to specification.

Project manage departmental workload and line manage staff, conducting regular 1-1 check-ins, training sessions, and performance reviews to support team development and efficiency.

Independently created a new sub brand of Sculpd – Sculpd Kids. Established a new brand package.

Led product development at all stages of the products life cycle - ideation, design, development, prototypes, print material and launch.

Responsible for budgeting material costs for each product and liaising with factories to meet target pricing without compromising on design or quality.

Designed and developed bespoke components for Sculpd Kids kits, including custom flat-pack mosaic boxes and a 53-piece laser-cut model rocket.

Designed children's crafts products including rocket kits, pottery, painting and mosaic sets and bespoke tools.

Designed engaging packaging with secret panels, pull-out windows and pop up compartments.
